The Last Supper and Passover are two different memorials, but both point to the Lamb of Yah the Christ who is our Saviour.
The Last Supper is to be kept often in remembrance of Yahsha's death.

The Last Supper
The bread and wine are symbolic of His body and blood shed for the remission of our sins. As often as you eat this, you do it in remembrance of Him. He instituted this sacrifice two days before Passover.
Foot Washing
Foot washing was done at the last supper. It is a service of humility and servitude to one another. It should be done often.
